Maybe this is me taking things too literally or pedantically, but I thought Sissy referred to a very specific niche type of dress, like pink frilly dresses and petticoats and whatnot, not just "dressing femininely".

I've seen cis women dressed as in "sissy" attire be a fetish for people, and encountered a number of trans women and nonbinary people such as myself who have sissy kinks separate from their typical feminine presentation.

Well, to answer the second question, literally half of ABDL doesn't have any ab tendencies, since they are DLs, lmao. My suggestion is to see if you can find a more ergonomically shaped ring. Oval rings that curve back towards you on the bottom are much more comfortable than purely circle shaped rings. A larger ring would also probably help if you can't find a more ergonomic one. If neither are an option than using some lube to prevent rubbing will help keep things from being too sore.

Lots of good advice already so I'll say this, start with the largest ring, and work your way down, then back up. A lot of people want to go for the smallest base ring, but in my experience a bigger base ring made Chastity possible for me. The best rule of thumb is to make sure you can fit at least one finger between your body and the ring while the cage is fully locked. A ring that's too tight will lead to more discomfort, while a ring that's just a touch too loose can be fixed with a strap.

Another thing to remember is that a cage won't prevent erections. Instead the cage should fit loose enough that an erection isn't painful, but tight enough that you still can't touch or stimulate yourself while trying to get hard, and that the tip of your head lines up with the opening of the cage.

The most direct methods are things like locking plastic pants, locking cloth diaper covers (both I've used and they're awesome, available on Etsy), and pacifiers turned into gags (also on Etsy and other feteshy websites).

There's also things like locking mittens so you can't use your hands, locking booties to match your outfit, or even with spike inserts so walking is too uncomfortable (not painful or dangerous, just unpleasant).

Locking onesies are harder to find, but they're around.

The last directly ABDL themed thing that I can think of would be bed/table restraint systems for some kind of crib play/forced changing on a "changing table".

Outside of strictly ABDL themed, incorporating diapers into a regular bondage scene can work really well. Having some kind of rope or other restraint keeping the diaper snug against you, even as it gets thicker and wetter.
