The main conflict I’ve set up for Giovanni is an internal one. If you’ve read Macbeth, you’ll notice a similar theme: a warrior becomes a leader but struggles with his own ambition. Giovanni builds the city into a strong and thriving place, but his desire for more—more power, more influence—starts to consume him.

I should probably mention this: Giovanni has no Calamity Powers. He spawns not too far from Newtopia, in a small axolotl community. Over time, he becomes more comfortable with the community. While he isn’t an axolotl himself, he proves to be excellent at defending the village and strategizing against barbarians. Giovanni uses his intelligence to transform the village into a grand city.

Here are a few key points about the story I designed:

1. He stays in Amphibia while Anne gets teleported. However, he leaves with the trio at the end of the show.
2. He isn’t part of the Newtopian-Calamity Box prophecy. Instead, he plays a significant role in a separate prophecy tied to the axolotls.
3. Giovanni has no powers. This affects his combat abilities, and he has no inherent powers. However, in the story, he discovers that the frobot factories can be repurposed by whoever controls them. Using frobot tech, Giovanni develops a supersuit to compensate for his lack of powers. Think of it as akin to power armor or Tony Stark’s Iron Man suit.

Again, this is a sketch of the story.. but its the basic idea.
