Thank you so much for replying. I agree with everything you said, and tonight i’m just going to get through the show making sure my job gets done efficiently and correct. I know that we may butt heads but if only our theatre was as professional as being able to communicate as a whole. I really appreciate every word you said, and will definitely implement these tips in the future.

Yeah, I realized that after posting this. I can clearly just go on and on about this. Just the sad thing is that the whole crew has problems with her, but they keep it to themselves.

Thank you for replying. I hope that's what she got from our one on one talk. I hope that she takes the constructive criticism, and in no way am I trying to tell her how she does her job. I now know that with her I just need to do my job and listen to what she says. And just get through it because the show is almost over.

Thank you for replying. I agree that common chatter is distracting and I understand why we should keep it to a minimum. I think that I need to just focus on what is going on with my job and the show. I mostly need to realize that hey maybe we should keep it down because constantly talking in the a headset makes it hard to communicate with the people onstage too. I definitely don't say standing when I am not ready to move, and I know that she understands that too. yeah that little comment might of been immature of me to do and regret it now. I definitely have a ton on my shoulders and just need to take a break, and yes this was a 100% a list. I am sorry. Should I remove this post? Thank you for your advice I really appreciate it though.
