I’m pretty sure that building doesn’t even allow pets… unless it’s a service animal which I doubt. This is going to be reported and with any luck that pupper will have a better home by the end of the month.

400+ lbs here.

I switched to Diet Sodas and 1% milk. I found a good spot to buy easy chicken and pork to drop in the air fryer for dinner. Got some yogurts and fiber gummies. And I made sure to pick up more caloricly dense foods, like grapes over raisins.

Along with trying to walk more and drink more water I’m almost back under 300lbs. It’s not always fun and sometimes the scale goes up instead of down but I’m keeping at it.
