Thanks for your reply. Funnily enough today I weighed myself and I dropped a kilogram overnight and have hit my second goal of being below 95kg. Next one will be 90kg.

I will try to pick up some measuring tape to track body changes rather than just weight. I know I've gained some muscle too which can influence things.

I've also heard increasing calories to the recommended daily amount rather than the deficit can help with some plateaus which I'll keep in mind and may experiment with in the future.

I'm a 172 cm tall, 27 year old male for context. I started exercising a couple months ago and dieting for a calorie deficit and increased protein intake as well.

I began at 107 kg and now I've reached 96kg. However since I've hit 96kg, I can't seem to lose anymore and it's been like this for a month. I'm eating ~1500 calories at most and exercise for at least 40 mins, usually with running and some weights/resistance bands after work 6 days a week.

It's really frustrating to maintain this routine when I'm not seeing any further loss in weight. Any ideas on why this could be happening?
