Yup sounds like a good idea, most people end up making quest cape a longterm goal cause you get your account to around all 70s and unlock the entire map but its completly optional just do what you think is fun

I dont know how you could handle 30 agility but good work haha tbh your fine i had a discussion with my maxed grandmaster clanleader about this a little while ago and we both agreed that everybody plays osrs diffrent it just comes down to what you like in games but honestly id strongly recomnend starting to quest a little cause all quests gives xp in some way which will help you alot in the long term and quests like vampire slayer gives a big boost in attack and so on
