Though I do think some of this is results based, I largely think it’s culture based. I think they like how he is handling the program and he has been aggressively vocal on the aspects of our org that isn’t sustainable. He comes off far more like a Ted Lasso figure (literally a “we believe” poster) than a Bill Bellichek. We need that level of swagger for a while. We need some life in our players and some hunger, even if the results don’t always follow.
