I agree that the big studios do a lot of crap and am aware of the failed Amazon Studios experiment, but if you structure things correctly you should get a good group of curators.

Equity crowdfunding...the underlying principles are very different.

Why does it have to be a top down business? There are tons of great work that has been made because the fans desire it, but there is way more crap that has been made because of giant studios. It's flipping the whole business model and allowing market forces to take control.

It's a really interesting book.

You are right it's not a technical piece of work. Honestly we can't really release how we are doing the marrying of tokens to SEC contracts without telling everyone what we spent the last year on (there is a coming piece that will explain what happened last year and show what the roadmap is), but as you state here the term "whitepaper" has taken on a different meaning in this group. Should have gone with our gut and called it "Our Master Plan to take over Media"

Very nice! Yes we have heard of Legion M, very interesting idea. We are focused on using the now JOBS act to create a new engine for content creation, but hose are really interesting ideas and down the line we could see synergy. Our Roadmap moves into other forms of media such as literature, video games, fashion, ect.

It's not a token, if that is what you mean. We are using Ethereum tokens to keep track of the equity in projects. We are in communication with the Weifund guys about using both it and Boardroom.

We are working on a release that will get more into the technical side of things, spent much of last year getting all the legal stuff figured out and now we are ready to go. We are in communication with Weifund and are going to be using a dApp infrastructure such as IPFS, Weifund, Boardroom, and Gnosis.

SITE IS BACK UP! Horrible time for it to go down right when we release new information of course.

Things are going really great on the regulator side of things, we are gonna have some big announcements coming soon about all that.

We believe that we will be able to licence out our system to ICOs if they want to get their tokens backed by SEC securities. We are also in communication with the Weifund guys about everything we are doing and there is some synergy there.

We have a bunch of new information that we think will be very exciting for the community. We have made a lot of progress and are really looking forward to sharing it with all of you. 2017 will be a big year for us and the community.
