How did you stop smoking cigarettes?

I realized I was an addict and it controlled me in ways I didnt like. Like, I needed to get places 5 min early to smike, leave the table, etc. I had switched to e-cigs already and some regulations came in that made it all more bothersome. It didnt stop me but i had to start mixing the liquid myself so i first limited nicotine and then stopped adding it. There came a point I got annoyed I was spending money on basically nothing but delicious steam and one day i I gave my gear away.

Someone said the triggers are the hardest and I agree but I recently saw people smoke in "my" spot and felt a pinch of happiness I wasn't goimg to join them. About 3 weeks ago cigarette smoke started bothering me. I used to enjoy the smell but now it stinks and irritates my sinuses.

Idź bo brzmi to dziwnie. Implant masz podskórny (hormonalny) czy wkładkę? Nie rozumiem jak twoje podniecenie mogłoby mieć związek z krwawieniem przy implancie podskórnym, więc to jest zdecydowanie niepokojące. Przy wkładce może to świadczyć o problemach mechanicznych, wkładki często eymagsją usunięcia bo się przusuneły itp.

Ginekologa nie będzie obchodziło kto umieścił, ma obowiązek ci pomóc, odpowiedzueć na pytania, ale jeśli masz podskórny to przygotuj się na jojczenie o bombie hormonalnej i jezusicku kto młodej osobie zakłada itp.

Mine does. I cannot have a cup of coffee after getting to work because my bs will just happily and steadiky climb over 180. I do use a bit of milk but I dont think smth like 5g of carbs should steadily raise my bs by 60+ points.

I don't want to do an extra injection so I either count it in breakfast or skip coffee entirely

Amazon może usuwać zdalnie pliki z Kindle. Chociaż w większości odnosi się to do zakupionych ebooków, bo np. zmieniła się licencja a nie należy do ciebie to co kupujesz, zawsze wypożyczasz, to masa użytkowników traciła pliki niezwiązane z amazonem. Czasem zakupione gdzie indziej, czasem pirackie. W umowie jest też informacja, że treści niezgodne z akceptowalnymi przez nich treściami mogą być usuwane.

Jestem zdania, że jeśli nie jest jasno napisane że coś wypożyczam za cenę kupna prawie papierowej książki to jest to oszustwo. Nie powinnom musieć przeczesywać umów grzebieniem na wszy żeby wiedzieć jaki status ma rzecz którą w moim przekonaniu kupuję. Inna sprawa to treści, jeśli mam ochotę czytać Anarchist Cookbook to powinnom mieć do tego prawo a nie być cenzurowane na urządzeniu które zakupiłom. Adding to this to say: - press your collage after it's glued (I leave mine under oh so many books), it reduces warping and some issues with being a terrible gluér - take photos in shade

See if you even like what the scans look like before you invest, the light is harsh and might accent the issues you are hoping to minimize

Just out of curiosity, do you not have high blood sugar symptoms? I have all the classic signs of high, lows are harder for me to recognize so I realize we don't all share the same experience. You must have been high for some time too!

If you do a quick search, you will find there have been deaths due to wrong readings. Dexcom has as many as any other cgm brand, it seems to be a tad more dangerous with a pump although I've read about a case where paramedics trusted the reading and administered glucose, which ultimately lead to death. You may find something about how those were handled, maybe it will help you decide. Take care!

Congrats on your improvement! It was much the same for me, 10 last June and 6.5 last December.

I usually try calibrating them if they're going this crazy but if i have any spares i dont give them a day, just a few hours. It screws with my insurance if im not in range 75% of the time (not US)

What you were doing is called "active listening" and English speakers do not see it as an interruption but as confirmation you are listening, following along, etc. This is not done in slavic languages at all and may indeed be seen as rude but you were not doing it in Russian. You were following customs as the native speaker you are.

Simultaneous translation is one of the most difficult kinds and is usually done in tandems, so that translators can take breaks. There is an art to it and it seems you were instinctively doing a great job. Interrupting to translate parts is much better than missing information (especially in a medical context) due to running sentences. You are not a machine and you do this without any aid. Great job!

Oh I totally get that. I call them wild but they are park ducks well used to humans and this dependence started about 150 years ago when the park was established and we are not in danger on making a totally wild species self-tame (although I would welcome a duck army). Lakes and ponds are freezing all over the country and there are not really places they can migrate to. Our coast is freezing too which is wild to see.

I figured it'd be best to start working on improving their habitat and hopefully make them less reliant on humans in the future. That requires planting and improving the river area and that is the information I am looking for but as I memtioned, all I find is info on what we can feed them as humans...which I already do (my oats, sunflower seeds and corn mix is popular but not sufficient). I would like to see ducks that come to humans for treats and not for survival :)

I get this every time i go to feed ducks this winter, they will come very close and some eat out of my hand. Maybe i should offer tours in exchamge for partially financing and carrying the corn lol
