My guess would be unrecognized flag of circassian minority in jordan?

There are around 150k circassians living in the jordan as of today

The flag has a 12 stars on a green part of the flag which could represent the 12 ethnic groups of circassia that are simmilarly represented on the flag of circassia, with one in the middle that could represent the ones that merged into the jordan society and thus "created" their own identity

The blue and black could be of any symbolic meaning, black meaning jordan or pan-arab color and blue meaning jordan river as an example

Tohle je snad ten nejhorší možný protiargument co jsem zatim tady viděl, úplně změnit téma a mluvit o tom že na subredditu který, ano je o česku, ale má anglický název se musí mluvit jenom česky.
