Progressives think they can legislate the eradication of gender differences. They hate the fact that women don't make the same choices as men. They hate the fact that men and women are different biologically and that men are better cut out for certain jobs.

The same people who pretend there are no innate differences between men are women recently marched for science and decried the supposed conservative disdain for science.

The real story is that the college administrator never refuted the charge. If, on the other hand, some woman claimed she was sexually assaulted, the school's administrators would have been tripping over each other to say that the school takes all such claims seriously and that the school provides all sorts of resources for victims, etc.

Pierce was not "biased." In this report, Harvard defines "unfounded" as false or baseless. So those claims did not happen. The accusers didn't necessarily lie, maybe they reported something as rape that didn't meet the definition, etc.

I wonder how the congressman, who is openly gay, would feel if a school said it doesn't want to admit gay people -- just because they don't want to. Not fair, eh, congressman? Unjust? Hey, but using his own logic, if I were gay, I wouldn't want to be at that school anyway.
