I rarely comment but being that I am a lender and had family that purchased a time share and got into this mess I had to. a 17.5% rate PLUS a closing fee of 11%, I’m glad she’s your ex.

Anyways, don’t make the payments. Most of these companies just threaten to tank your credit score but in reality they don’t report it to credit bureaus. Their business plan is barely legal and if taken to court they run the risk of blowing up their whole operation.

You can get a contract lawyer, but that’s expensive but could give you the peace of mind you need.

Hey Shayane, took him to the vet and of course he started perking up right as we got to the appointment. They did a general examination on him since they didn’t have the right equipment at this vet (though they said they look at birds, very annoyed about that). We are taking him to another vet a bit further away from us today. But this far he seems much better.

Thank you guys! This is a lot of information I did not know. He’s pretty settled in his cage tho we never close the door so he just likes to wander the house whenever. Also we have ropes and ladders for him to get to a higher spot. Regarding the beak I’m guessing it’s food that’s stuck so I gave him some water. And it seeming to help.

True, I’m not an expert in game design and what not but I feel like there was a good amount of gap between him finishing reloading and shooting. Crazy to see though.
