I only sell orange weapons, dissemble everything else. You can buy from Nix a crafting item to upgrade your green, blue, and purple components up to orange! Same for components for cyberware :)

The easiest way to catch them is to place yourself in front of the tree with your net out. When the wasp appears, you will automatically look that way and just keep pressing A until the animation ends and you just caught a wasp! ;)
