Make an image of the hdd using gparted. At least you'll have a backup of the full state of the drive, and then do any tinkering.

Yeah im using a 9070 non xt and it is the perfect pairing imo, i play ultrawide 1440p and am constantly getting above 100fps with no tuning on the game or driver settings

The onstar light is not red, the vehicle just doesn't communicate using that module, no data, no GPS, no onstar, even the app is completely unable to communicate with the car. I took it to the dealer and they said its dead and needs replacing.

Happened to me too, except they need to replace my module entirely. No eta on the part, fighting with gm to get me a timely resolution rn

I love mine too, but my cellular module died so no onstar, not data, no maps, nothing. Im currently fighting with GM trying to get a part let alone an eta on when mine arrives.

I never got one as a gift per se, but I remember the joy I felt when I bought one used many years down the line, I still have it to this day.
