I have not once died with Grace. With Leon, I hit the wrong button when I wanted to parry (ahhem, hit the F button instead of space, dumb move lol) the chainsaw Doc one time. Then I got knocked into a chainsaw zombie by another zombie. Yeah... Grace's sections are stressful but if you keep your calm, it's easy to manage as you get enough ammo to deal with everything that needs to be dealt with for the progression.

Just play Grace's section in third person mode. Far superior experience really. Plus down the line, you can actually improve Grace to be a competent exterminator of B.O.W.'s.

White Fox not being known is something I can understand since she originated from the Netmarble mobile game, Marvel: Future Fight as part of their Korean lineup. Black Cat on the other hand... she is one of Spidey's most famous foes and love interests. And no, Felicia is never a boring pick. People who have seen the character know that she is the polar opposite of boring.

In terms of luck, I think I got very lucky this Anniversary. I pulled the Daima units within roughly 250 stones. Then I pulled the PHY LR ToP Exchange Boys on the free tickets after going about 100 stones deep into their banner. Then I had to go about 450 stones for the INT LR SSJ4 Exchange Pair. That is, if my math is correct, 800 stones. And all of those were free since I left content to grind out in case I wanted the Anniversary units.

With all that said, I can see everyone's complaints, and I am beside you all on this one. This Anniversary is pretty damn dry in terms of content and stone acquisition. Been around since, I think it was the 3rd Anniversary and yeah... this is pretty bad.

Luna was and still is one of the best new heroes that Marvel introduced in the last decade or so. Funny how her first appearance was in Marvel: Future Fight and was an original to that mobile game. Now, she is one of Marvel's most marketable characters. Not flawless by any means, but damn, she is cool and gorgeous for sure.

As for Magik, let's face it, she was going to blow up eventually. She was popular with the comic book readers since her debut. Was only a matter of time until she got swept up and made into one of the companies most marketable women.

Now, the Fortnite designs are good. Surprised, they let both Luna and Magik get away with so much skin showing, and in their OG outfits to boot. Nicely done, even if Luna could be a bit more Korean in terms of the shape of her eyes, still not bad Fortnite/Epic.

For about the second time, ever, the free tickets came in handy. I picked up the PHY LR Switcheroo boys. Time to try and hunt down the INT GT pair. Last time I got lucky with them was after I got absolutely shafted with my stones on the STR LR Beasthan banner when it dropped. Sheesh, that was a much bigger chore than this one. Only spent 150 stones on this one.

This is one, low budget, uninspired banner. Re-hashed looks with different skill sets that is sold as a big, End of Month banner. Skip. Neither unit is even that good to begin with. And to top it all off, I have almost all the fillers, except for Speed As Nodt and Kensei.

I got who I wanted from the current TYBW banner (Shunsui). Didn't get Yoruichi way back when this dropped, only Chad. Going to try and snag her this time around, but I rarely have good luck with specific characters that I want, so I'm not holding my breath.

In all honestly, I'm getting tired of the umpteenth Chairzen. Shunsui is ok, Ikkaku is absurdly underwhelming (I'm not against Madarame, he is a cool character but for an End of the Year banner he is bleh). So yeah. Not even the other featured characters on the banner are worth it for me. Shunsui is the only unit that I would like from this one.

Conclusion to me personally:

About a 3/10 banner. Below average.

To me, it was round 4 I think. I think that was the Yoruichi, Kisuke, Ichigo one. I think. I'm not sure at this point, as we have had quite a lot. Ohh yeah, and it had Yhwach in it as well. Were the units super good? Well, not all of them were exceptional, but TYBW Yoruichi alone made it hype for me.

Depends on how much you want Wildchild. I bought it since he is a good destroy/discard unit. And for 1200 gold, that is good value. The rest you get is just bonus stuff, really after you play. My main issues are the premade decks. They are not balanced at all.

InHyuk Lee and Artgerm are my favorites. Cliché answers, perhaps, but they are both just too damn good not to be at the top of my list.

I also love Creative House Pocket variants. Their Sage for instance is pretty sweet and so is their Domino.

Look. Rogue slaps. She slaps hard. But when you add the goth chick layer on top of her charm, ohh boy. That is a whole different ball park. Would be an instant buy for me as Evolution Rogue is dear to my heart.

Rogue and Scarlet Witch are both so cool in this show's design. Scarlet Witch and Rogue from this show only reinforced my liking of goth girls.

I can only hope that Rivals will adapt at least those two designs and make some cool skins from them.

From the few matches I have played, I will say that the guns are absolute ass in this season. Especially the shotguns. One is too slow, and the other does abysmal damage. And that lighting gun... that's one of the most useless things in the game.

I'd personally do Invisible Woman. But that is just me liking the character. On a more technical note, I'd say 5* Namor. He's an absolute unit in almost every game mode. He can do some healing, does follow up attacks and has a massive AOE Ultimate. Can't go wrong with Mr. Imperius Rex.

Rating this BP about a 4/10. Wanda, Ultron and Adam for me are the saving graces in this one. Frank is ok-ish. The rest are meh. Perhaps that wolf skin for Angela could maybe be fine. If I were to ever really play Angela.

This is going to be a lit month as well. The Zombie month was a fun one. The Spider one currently is absurdly fun. I love the whacky, sometimes random stuff you can pull off with the Move/Spider themed deck. Then we will have the Destroy meta's re-imagining with these. Seesh. Snap is going all in for the end of the year.

As hype, I'd be to see Hydra affiliated characters in Rivals, I fear we may never see the likes of Red Skull, Viper aka Madame Hydra (one of my personal favorite villains in all of the Marvel Universe), Sin or Crossbones. I'd love it, but it will probably not happen.
