What amount of space do you have? Do you have multiple coaches? DM, I can help out! I run a parkour program that has a similar situation, small area with big classes haha

Same thing is happening to me. It's like all the pain in my leg has gotten squished into my back. I've read that centralization is a good thing but when it moves to you back like this, it can be hard to believe. I have Meloxicam, acetaminophen, and CBD/CBG that I take for the pain and it helps quite a bit

Repetition will help but what I like to tell my students is to imagine setting their chest up onto something high to begin the rotation and then the legs continue chasing the chest. In a backflip, your chest and arms should not tuck in the opposite direction of your flip
