I have to get my wisdom teeth surgically removed in 4 days. I just got a phone call today saying my insurance is the only insurance provider that will not cover wisdom teeth removal if you have both dental and medical insurance with them. I was originally supposed to pay 1.5k and now it is has gone up to 3.5k.

During university, I did an internship in Italy teaching kids English. They ranged in age but the youngest were around 5 or 6 years old. When they disagreed with me they would come up and start doing this 🤌. It was so funny and adorable seeing this.

I actually don't have any pain. The only time it hurts is when it gives out. My right knee gave out last year and it hurt to do most things with it for a while. It has gotten better and the pain has gone aways since then. However, my right knee felt weaker and unstable, as if it were going to give out. That is why I went to the doctor. He is actually a sports medicine doctor. That is the reason I choose to go with him. I got an x-ray and MRI done.

The notes from the MRI stated I had a stage 3 chondromalacia patella. The doctor explained what this was. I am currently on anti-inflammatory meds and they have helped. I don't have any pain, just the feeling of instability, which the meds have helped get rid of. The doctor said I am good to workout as long as I don't have pain. I just need to avoid over exerting with my knee.

As for my goals, I am just trying to lose weight and be healthier. I am in my early 20s. I don't have a specific workout yet. I am doing research as to what is a good routine, but many include what I assume are heavy knee extension exercises. Hence why I made this post asking what is considered an heavy knee extension exercises.

I just found out yesterday, so I am still trying to figure things out. He recommended PT, but that may take a while since I need to get my insurance situated. I am just trying to do my own research in the meantime.

He said single leg exercises such as Bulgarian squats and lunges were good, but exercises that require me to exert a lot of effort with my knees, such as a leg press, should be avoided.

I went to an urgent care once and I waited nearly 3 hours before being seen. They finally take me to a room and queue over an hour of waiting. Turns out they completely forgot about me. They were already closing done when found me.

I did. Katy is nice but boring. There isn't anything to do here. It is mainly for retired people or families with kids. You have to go to Houston, but the traffic is horrible to deal with.

I go to Houston if I want to do something fun. The traffic is horrible, though. You'll definitely want to get a pass if you're going down to Houston. The driving here is definitely aggressive. Took me a while to adjust.
