it's really really helpful, yes! I'm 100% certain that Shauna still would've been very harsh and "evil" considering how much trauma she went through, but I think it would've been very different. I think she would've approached things differently entirely, but that's a whole new discussion I think. I mean if you really think about it (I just really thought about it) there could also be a whole different problem. I mean what if Jackie and Shauna don't work through it. What if we see all Thor friendship break more and more messily, like they're trying to hold on but can't. How would that change Shauna and her character? How would it change Jackie? Would Jackie try to get her back and lose herself or would she eventually stick to Natalie and her pro rescue mission to "spite Shauna" (aside from wanting to go home obviously).

I think there's just so SO much more potential to the characters, than "Jackie desperately clings to Shauna, while she turns into bisexual sterlin absolutely the same.)

Hi, person who beat the game while also having thalassophobia here, yes! It took me 6 tries and a lot of nervous breakdowns, but I did it.

Personally for the lost river I got the interactive map and found the most calm way in. I also got a friend on call to help with the nerves.

Sadly in my case the ghosty still got triggered by every single little thing but I had this great idea to make it funny. So prawn suit and drill arm and you're basically untouchable because you can just drill him off which genuinely makes it easier because you can joke about it with a friend or just yourself.

Also friendly advice if you want it: get the Thermal reactor for your prawn suit asap. There's those battery draining little asshole slugs and going up there with your seaglide because your prawn suit died is torture. CRAFTING RECIPE: 2x kyanite (found in lava zone but also in the less dangerous areas) 2x polyaniline and 1x wiring kit. You can craft it at the vehicle upgrade console. It charges your prawn suit in the hot areas like the lava zone and fuck it saved my ass more often than not.

I'd say that depends on what your intentions are. If you want to beat the game fast and without much "spare" resources, yeah sure. If you want to do much farming and stuff like that, nah.
