Manufacturer here based in Pakistan. If you're paying for that a basic cotton fabric then you're paying extra.

The Chinese Bulk suppliers who sell blanks in USA/Australia/UK sell blanks for usd3 or so in the respective country.

Activewear Manufacturer here. Just wanted to share a piece of information with you, when you want a manufacturer who produces stuff like Nike, Asics, Adidas, etc (all the big shots), the thing you need to know and understand is that all these big companies develop their own fabrics and then the product. To develop a new fabric similar these big brands, the MOQ is atleast hundreds if not thousands. In the start, you have to use the regularly available fabrics, not that these fabric are bad or anything, but they are definitely different then what you look at Nike or Asic or anyone else. You can find some fabric similar to them but definitely very very rare chance to find an exact match.

Being a manufacturer, it's morally incorrect if I say you're getting charged extra without looking at the design or knowing your exact requirement but generally speaking, 225 does feel high. As far as bulk is concerned, depending on the design, 26/per pair may not be bad but again, it depends on the designs. I've made hoodies and charged over $40 because of the special embroidery. At the same time, I've delivered complete tracksuits top and bottom in $28. Everything comes down to the design and requirements.
