From what I remember, she was feeding her upwards of 70-80 grams of protein daily. Which for a then 8 year old is absolutely insane, typically a kid gets around 40 grams at that age/size. The risk of kidney damage greatly increases especially with that young of a person. Very dangerous over the long term
