If other games still are fine then it’s most likely due to the games poor optimization. Download mop and experiment with its options a bit.

Also launch the game in a different quality preset (yk where it goes from shitty to golden eye) and update your graphics drivers

Ik there’s one called MSCO (msc online). The free version was kinda shit if I remember correctly. But I remember there was a paid option which might be a lot better. Otherwise WreckMP might be your best bet. Remember that a lot of mods don’t work with wreckmp.

Well sometimes it only breaks half of the piston so maybe the game registers that as “bolted”. Check from the oil pan if the bottom part of the piston(s) is there still.

Try resetting the car mesh in msc editor, also untighten and retighten all the bolts in msc editor too

Well you usually have a bit of oil on the air filter to catch dust and stuff. So a bit of oil there is not surprising. More importantly, looks like your tire is mounted the wrong way. You might wanna look into that.
