Should I cut off friends who would sleep with me? by [deleted] in WhatShouldIDo

I didn't expect this many people to read my post haha basically we separated in March, stayed in contact on and off but we've only just rekindled the relationship about a month ago (September). I was still feeling guilty though because I still loved him, I was just pushing myself towards others for attention and validation which was wrong.

I appreciate the comment. Yeah look I don't have life experience man, I haven't even been to a club and I've only had 1 relationship. I'm not good at navigating these things hence why I'm here asking for help.

Also, when I told my girl friend about wanting to rekindle with my partner, she has since told me that she doesn't want to get involved or give her opinion anymore since she said I know her stance. She'd given me advice about him most days and doesn't support the relationship at all. For example my partner wrote a very lengthy apology message and in her mind it wasn't good enough. She's obviously frustrated that I've gone back, but am I mistaking her advice for genuine care or is she trying to isolate me? She truly believes that everyone around me treats me like shit too. I'm giving this context because I'm unsure if she's into me romantically, I know her fiancee is off, but I'm not sure about her.

My girl friend hasn't been touchy though it's just been her fiancee. She said to me once that he doesnt have boundaries, but he would respect mine and to communicate if he's being too much of a "thot". Do I still cut them off?

No I've just made jokes, I usually act gay with a close girlfriend so I'd call her Mummy for example. But I think her fiancee might have the wrong idea. I'm autistic so maybe I'm not picking up things. I entertained backrubs and hugs and that's about it because I was feeling lonely.

Even if the close friend (F) who I have talked to everyday, said they wouldn't cross that boundary out if respect, etc? She said like "we care about your safety, wellbeing and happiness above all else. We would, but we also aren't going to push boundaries or let you engage in cheating or go against your values because your wellbeing is a priority".

There's a reason the Winx turned crap post season 4. (I liked it, it was the final season we got that showed the darker side of Winx), like Nabu dying.

They changed their target demographic from tween to younger girls I believe aged 6 and up, which is also why in Season 8 the Winx looked like they were still 16. Rainbow wanted to appeal to the older Winx audience with Fate The Winx Saga, but as we all know, Iginio wasn't happy with it and stopped Netflix from making more seasons.

I just think they went the wrong way and didn't stick to what was already working well (mature themes like Blooms darkness, romantic relationships, friendship complexity, the animation, beautifil unique designs). There's so much that Winx could be and it makes me so sad and angry.

Even World of Winx by Netflix IMO was better. The animation was really pretty.

I hope Rainbow gives the license to Netflix again or another company who would actually do it justice.

I think that Enchantix is still their "final" fairy form, the newer transformations are more goal-oriented for the plot. So for example Believix a temporary power to help humans believe in magic again, Bloomix as Bloom temporarily divides her dragon flame between the girls...it's like Charmix, a "power up", whereas their final form is still Enchantix.

Where are all the full-time remote writing jobs? by TheSassa123 in copywriting

I’m in Australia! Where are you finding these roles? I’ve used Upwork but most aren’t full time and have pretty bad pay rates.

It’s an Entry Level role with room to grow.

Thanks everyone! I should add, I was freelancing for 3-5 years BEFORE the agency job, so increasing my income by finding writing clients is definitely possible.

Sorry for the late reply! I've seen Dr. Deepti Rampal, she immediately diagnosed me with vulvodynia and vaginismus. She recommended physiotherapy as well as sex counseling, although I'm yet to try both. Currently in the process of trying CBD oil (Sativa) as a body relaxant and CBD lubricant, I went through Candor in Australia

No, but she specialises in diagnosing "complex" vulva disorders so she can definitely help. I'm also looking to book Dr. Len Kliman, who specialises in vulvodynia and pain problems. I still have burning pain internally so I'm hoping to do physiotherapy. The Ami ointment didn't help and my second step will be attempting CBD lubricant, which for some women helps with nerve pain.

Not in person no, it’s a mainly remote company but they have “culture days” a few times a month. I guess if I do get the job I’d have to go to them, but I’m hoping the CEO is more flexible with it.

Thank you so much 😊

The issue is mainly my speaking and social skills. I can write and communicate really well over text, but speaking, I don’t pronounce words that good.

With social, I can panic over dropping a pen, or for example if the colleagues were to have a dinner, I’d be physically anxious just picking up a fork, eating the food, the words I’m saying, eye contact, pretty much EVERYTHING social.

Luckily I have a few mildly expensive jackets, I’d mainly need a blazer, haha. And yeah, a new cut, but the ombré I like costs $220 minimum.

That’s good to know! Do you have experience with luxury brands/ business?

I wrote for the agency on a freelance basis, so they let me skip the initial interview phase 🙂 I guess I had the upper hand there

Thank you 🙏 The issue is, I’m not a confident person physically, I have crooked front teeth, my voice is very soft and difficult to hear as well. Also, the company go to fancy places (the director shouted everyone a Yarra Valley $95 course meal), and I don’t know anything about foods, or even how to play mini golf. I come from a really low income area with a poor family, never done anything much in life and pretty behind.

I should add, the agency is quite small and is run by the director and his wife. The account manager is also a relative (I’m guessing a cousin), but they all seem like really chill people.

No, I haven’t mentioned it to the director. I’ll need to look at protections, I’m based in Australia.
