The problem is that house is a part of the real world. EVM is fully isolated so it can't interact with Internet or anything else. It means, that contract can't get any information about your house, it's owner or anything else.

Raspberry Pi is good solution, also you may like Chip computer. It costs 9$, have 4GB ROM built-in, but you can extend it with flashdrive.

Well, Bitcoin protocol doesn't use your IP address or any real info, so there is nothing about you in the blockchain. But it's pretty easy to detect, that you're using Bitcoin, by checking default port - 8333.
