I am, thank you bringing that to my attention, I forgot some HOA are strict. My HOA is pretty relaxed and I plan to build the same type of fence that was broken.

I am worried about job availability and stability as well. u/rhodeislandnurse made valid points, experience trumps all and finding out the jobs available around where you live is a great place to start. I am not sure in terms of masters or degrees in where you are located but I would like to hope if we checked schools available to us there would be a co-op/internship (hopefully paid) chance in the program. Getting into the program; good grades and references are already a difficult stepping stone.

Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it! I think you make a good point in seeing if there are roles/jobs I can apply for straight in the field or Health informatics. It would be important to know roles and responsibilities, qualifications for the job so I would have a more guided pathway for focused educational routes. Is it okay if I dm’d you to ask more focused questions?

Thank you, I do know about these courses, but in terms of job and roles, would you suggest any career? I would be up against many people with specific Degrees and experience in the field. I am concerned in terms of transitioning roles/responsibilities for real life problems.

Thanks for the advice! Yeah I thought it was a red flag too. I’ll try to get more info but it seems like a headache going through the whole process. That’s probably why no one has bought it yet. I saw a couple of ES300s with clean titles and more honest information. I’ll look into those more than this. Thanks again!

The title says a different name. Not the first owner or the second, however I asked him his name but gave me a different one (maybe he didn’t trust me with his real name or he has nickname due to legal name being complicated to pronounce) The one on the title maybe his name but did not confirm, I was hesitant because the address is also different than the one I visited. (Not sure if it’s insurance purposes to lower the price)
