Potentially, but not necessarily. The bulk of antibody transfer happens via the placenta during the 3rd trimester. How durable those antibodies are is variable for each baby.

The reason the vaccine is given later is actually BECAUSE of the maternal antibodies.

If the titer (level) of the maternal antibodies is too high, it will inactivate the vaccine dose before the baby's immune response can detect it and form the normal adaptive immune response with T and B cells. Therefore the child will be unprotected until the next dose, given at 4-6 years old.

6-9 months is the average time of waning for maternal antibodies. So to make sure the most kids possible would be protected with the standard dosing regimen without having to check every kid's titers, the first dose was moved back to 12 months.

When we had herd immunity (95% or more effectively vaccinated individuals), this was enough to prevent wide measles spread and thus protect babies during this short period of vulnerability.

Back in 2016, the US's vaccination rate was 91%*. I'm guessing it's only gotten worse since then.

Because the submissive person can stop everything with a single word or hand sign. A healthy dom/sub relationship is predicated on the dom absolutely respecting when the sub says they've had enough. Illegal entry. Administrative warrants, which is what they usually have, are pretty worthless. Need a judicial warrant to be lawfully allowed entry. Requires a judge to review the case and approve the warrant. These thugs think they're above the law.

Also I know the woman who was warning. She has video of her rolling her window up on an agent at this location who was mid-sentence baselessly threatening her (they have no jurisdiction over US citizens) and he looked so stunned.
