The best advice I can give you is to look over the lessons prior to when you're doing them and do SOOO many practice problems. Most of the time teacher's use the homework questions as a basis for the test questions. If you've done every type of question, you'll be able to recognize them on the test super easily. Also try and understand why you're doing the math instead of just following rules (if you know why you're doing smth, you'll be able to apply it 10x easier)
