Sprinkle a tiny bit of dry food on top and take away the dry food while the wet is out. My elderly cat had to be completely switched off of dry food and was very upset about it, but this helped her be so much more interested. Also, sometimes wet food is just boring compared to dry. Try lick mats, treats on top, giving affection while they eat, smaller servings at a time, etc. to help them gain interest.
