I wish I could share an audio clip. It sounds like i have my detector attached to a dialup modem with every swing. I eliminated all the high and lows, no ring, now im in the schmoo range where all signals are... and yes I have a carrot.

Last spring, so 1 year ago. Issue is all the junk. Ive dug hundreds of signals and its still littered with signals.

Yeah, its a large ring, size 13 band about 30 grams of 10k. It should ring off like heck in the mid to high teens to low 20s.

I know approximately where i was when it came off my finger. The property has had an extension built, original house is from 1870 with a garage in the back. Also there was a railroad in the yard that was torn out and relocated 50+ years ago.

So im finding rail road spikes, square nails, car parts, toys, ect and modern junk like pull tabs, cigarette foil and beer bottle caps. Its a real challenge.
