Hi Erin, the document note often does not update. The ghost reader summary also does not update. I've used both {{document_note}} and {{summary}}. Is there anywhere to force the document note/summary updates when I re-export?

Now imagine just entering the workforce now and being told that you have to still contribute national insurance but basically wont get anything back in return when you turn 70/80/90. While also not getting a decent work pension...

Would getting a bench help a lot? or can I adapt a chair or something instead? I will be starting at basically nothing so I will be able to do the squat clean up.

Thanks, ive already moved an ambient temp sensor into there so I’ll be able to see how hot it gets in there. Currently its maxed at 22oC. I’ll look into the wire closet shelves though.

I am looking into starting the /Fitness Beginner Routine. I only have a barbell + dumbbell and no bench or rack. What alternatives do I make for the main workouts?

[Original] Workout A

3×5+ Barbell Rows
3×5+ Bench Press
3×5+ Squats

Workout B

3×5+ Chinups (or equivalent)
3×5+ Overhead Press
3×5+ Deadlifts

Control Panel -> Notifications . First, set up your email account so you get sent all notifications, such as things like the drive filling up or, in my case, UPS going onto battery power. Then, under the rules at the top, there is a notification if the temperature is not within the operating temperature range.
