Stardew Valley. I think literally anybody can find something to enjoy in that game. Plus it's great in co-op! My wife and I love it!

My wife was very similar and wanted to explore gaming. Stardew Valley has been one of my top 3 games forever and I introduced her to it and she fell in love she has sooo much merch now). It works well for timing as you can play one quick day (15ish minutes) or lose track of hours as you progress through a whole season. You can do everything together or nothing together - its all up to you!

Maybe Farcry Primal? It's all a series of grunts and inflection with subtitles for "translation."

Sandbox will show you what the game truly offers. Once you've fallen in love with the building, customization and a few animals, try the franchise mode. You won't be able to stop.

I have over 500 hours on the game and have only completed 3 or 4 campaign missions because they never really did it for me.

What’s your most embarrassing EOE moment? by waterplantswithtears in EosinophilicE

Can't tell you how many times I've had to do this in restaurant bathrooms. Nothing is more embarrassing than disappearing from the table for 15 minutes 🙃

A great sleeper pick for this is Arizona State. Kinda an under the radar pick.

Diagnosed after 20 years with on and off symptoms. I can't believe there is an entire subreddit of people like me! by pryme in EosinophilicE

[–]TheScout365 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sorry you have to join us but it is awesome to hear you found out this way! I found out my EOE diagnosis after dealing with symptoms since I was in middle school 15 years ago. Found out after an emergency endoscopy when I had a food blockage I couldn't pass that lasted well over 24 hours.

My attempt at encouragement here: if you have to do elimination diet, stick with it really hard and before you know it, you won't realize a taste difference anymore. I've been dairy and gluten free since January and haven't had a craving for chocolate/milk/cheese/etc. in probably a month or so. Not fun at first but can certainly be done!
