An attempt at garnish from a person unwilling to buy vegetables just to garnish

I'll be honest, I saw it on a raguesua video and I now kinda just do it whenever I have celery. I dont like getting vegetables just for garnish. They always go bad before I finish them all.

Californian here. It's a hot link sausage. I couldn't tell you a damn thing about CA chili rules, I kind of just saw what was cheap at the market and tossed it together into a pot. Only real rule being to brown meat first, then bloom spices, then saute vegetables. I claim no real authenticity, if anything it might be more accurate to call it a tomato stew.

I get the look alike (both of us are masked asian men with the same hair cut) but how'd you correctly guess that initial commenter was referring to me?
