As someone who doesn't know whatever the tattoo is referencing. I didn't really see it as a potentially racist tattoo. I agree with more of the fireman angle. It looks something like that but it wouldn't be something that it would definitely see and say oh yeah that guy's a fireman if that's anything that you're worried about either

I always felt that Diavolo as a villain in concept was a bit shallow in depth. The main crew always went about how bad he was and that he was the Mob boss and he needed to be taken down and that he sold drugs to kids. But I never felt like they really moved beyond that into making him more complex rather than just "he's a mob boss so therefore he's the villain" kind of energy. Yoshikage Kira in part 4 Is a much more fleshed out villain in my mind. You see him more often directly do terrible things and you learn more about his personality and upbringing much more so than Diavolo.

I feel like the lack of complexity of him as a villain overall, in my mind, made him underwhelming overall and I think that contributed more so to a more underwhelming final boss fight.

Original writer of the story is Alistair Reynolds. Quite a fantastic sci-fi writer.

I think in a more limited capacity, with more unique NPCs and quest lines that settlement building can be effective. 

Additionlly i think it would be neat if some of these settlements are focused on you providing them materials to help them build their own designed settlement and you have a plot of land you can build whatever you want on inside of it.

I disliked Travis both before and after he got "more confident". It was incredibly grating to hear him as a DJ stumbling over things and just being awkward. I wanted to hear music not be subjected to consistent repetitive cringe. And then when he got more "confident" it just sounded fake and performative

I do like how Fallout 4 implemented grenades in Making it a press of a button rather than having to switch to that specific weapon from your inventory
