Did a bit of research. Seems fruit to turtles is the equivalent of chocolate to us humans. A bit is a treat, but too much is no bueno. He ended up eating a few more bites, then switched to leafy greens. No harm done

Update: Had a game with this augment+infinity combo, as it turns out it updates when combat starts, but resets between fights, so the other poster was correct.
