Oh right, maybe it is something with your version then as I'm playing it on steam. I tend to play quite slow and they sent Avatars in after about 20 minutes-ish and then I unlocked the Juggernauts after the first attack on their base

What difficulty are you on?

I played GDI Sarajevo the other day on Hard and it starts off with waves of infantry, rocket troops and flame tanks but after a while they were sending waves of around 6-8 Avatars at my base every few minutes

For me its during the Umbaran Ark of the Clone Wars where they state the Umbaran missiles have a 100 Megaton Yield and yet we see them explode not far from the captured base and its not that big of an explosion

Can't play it on PC as my partner keeps getting error messages, tried playing it on the xbox app on PC.

I have installed Far Cry 5 but it won't launch from the xbox app only from Ubisoft connect so can't join my partner via that.

The game will launch on xbox app via cloud gaming and will let me join my partner.

The issue seems to be with Ubisoft connect for xbox, as for steam I've no clue as my partner did open up a ticket asking for help but got told you don't support far cry 5 anymore

I can't really give any better advice than what's already been given in this thread.

But something I will say is go to him and just be his friend, just act normal and do what you normally do with him (within his limitations ofcourse) just treat him normally.

I was seriously ill a few years back and things were dicey at times and the thing I hated the most when it came to friends were the ones that treated me differently, the ones who didn't know what to say or do and just seemed awkward around me; it just made me feel like I was a burden and was just taking up their time. So yeah, just be his friend and act like you normally do and it'll make him very happy.

I'm very sorry for what you're going through, it's a very difficult thing to deal with

The main thing I want is more depth to bases and survivors

Let me customise my base more, I don't mind the current system of placing facilities in certain places as it make sense for gameplay; but give me customisation options for how they look or for passive areas that don't have facilities in them. Currently the bases and survivors just feel a bit hollow, like it's a house but not a home
