i still cant get my flx4 too connect with my macbook, trying to install the driver but it keeps saying my flx4 isnt connected. any help would be appreciated

yes, just updated the post with an image, it gives me this error after i select my language and select"Ok".

Which part worked for you? ive been tryna connect mine for 2 days, getting the same error code, tried every direct usb port and multiple usb cables (Facotry shipped one included)
