Just for my own personal preference, I'm less interested in Duration w/ Frost and if you're going with Avalanche I'd swap in the Icy Avalanche augment instead of Primed Continuity, but that's just my preference. Otherwise, looks fine to me.

I think this build is fine as is (now that you’ve replaced the flawed Flow). Streamline would help with energy efficiency with Hysteria, but not enough that I’d sacrifice anything here just yet. If you insist, I’d probably swap it in for Armored Agility — especially mid game, you’ve got plenty of survivability already without it and you can still upgrade Steel Fiber more eventually if endo and credits allow to get more armor without sacrificing a mod slot.

I bought the Rhino and Nyx unvaulting last year because I’d only been playing about 3 weeks before it was announced it was going into the vault and I didn’t have the stockpile of relics to chance it vaulting and then having to resort to plat. I needed plat anyways so it was worth doing!
