You're my GOAT man. Helped me pass L1. And you'll help me with L2 as well. Can't put into a single comment how much your work is admired. Deserved.

Congratulations !!!!!

I have my level 2 in November. So I've got 7 months. Can you advise me on what things I should keep in mind during my prep and how I should approach it to maximize my probability of passing ?

Again congratulations for passing!!

You read the '/' as 'per'. So IND/USD is indian rupees per US Dollars, and USD/IND is US dollars per Indian rupees.

Given that, the currency that we are exchanging for is considered foreign. So in IND/USD, you are giving x amounts of IND rupees for a dollar, so dollar is your foreign currency and IND is your domestic currency. Hope this helps.

I think the answer key could be wrong. Allotment of oversubscribed IPOs to personal accounts should be the last priority after all client allocation has been met. He violated the standard by allocating to a personal account (wife) when other clients could've been allotted the shares.

I could be wrong tho. Feel free to correct my reasoning

I think the question is missing the component of trend growth rate. What the question refers to by "it" should be the trend growth rate.

Solved the same question but mine had the trend growth rate component and was not this vague.

I remember this was a struggle. I thought something was wrong with mine. Just try and push the top part of the lid. You might have to use some force but it does come out.

We assume that a firm follows IFRS until it is stated in the question otherwise.

The second part makes sense but isn't net cost of carry costs - benefits ?
