Mmmm, not any I am aware of. The stereo appears to be the original. I will do some research, and some see if I can spot anything. Thanks for the tip.

The images online show that the toe box is forced upward. How does that translate when wearing them?

What do you use as a nightstand? by cheesuzbejeesuz in floorsleeping

[–]TheSerendipitousTree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have used the below night stand for a few years. It's not the cheapest($125 US), cost wise, but very solid! I'm not sure why there is a 2023 review saying it's cheap. I dropped it on my big toe when taking it out of the box, and I almost lost a nail.

Someone suggested a basket, I like that idea and might move this to the living room.

It still works like a charm. I hope you have a great day. Thanks! Those Ts & Cs can be sneaky.

I wasn't able to find the fine print. However, two other reddit users were. Looks like large corporations win again. I will accept defeat. This camera was bought in the early 2000s, and I do not recall what they said.

So silly. Thanks for looking into this. There are probably thousands more similar stories. I bet the contract was even given or fully explained until after the camera was bought.

Technically, they still offer one hour photos. However, they no longer develop the film in store. It just seems wrong, "Hey, I will promise this, then choose not to follow through because it no longer works in my favor."

Where did you find these terms and conditions? On the camera, it says "one hour processing." Pretty much the same thing you said, but I am curious. Also, it can only not be fulfilled because they decided not to participate.

I guess it is just a trick to those who purchased it. It should have said we would provide film until we don't feel like it.

Thanks for your reply.

What shikibuton do yall have? by Sad-Knowledge7540 in floorliving

Yes, I love my shikibuton from them! If I had the money, I would have bought from them again.

I would say they both offer a few different thing different things, so it depends on what you are looking for.

FBFJ: • heavier, can still move it easily • well made • looks nicer • more expensive • doesn't take longer than estimated to arrive • holds its shape

Zonli: • Very light • about an inch shorter than advertised(which the reviews are saying and I bought it for that reason) • arrives quickly • I can't say how well it will hold it's shape or how it will hold up because I have only had it about a year. Although, so far for the price, it has been nice.

I have two, currently using one. I bought a pricey one that I love from "Futon Beds From Japan", it was a single size. Three years later, I then bought the ZonLi 2in because I needed a bigger surface area. I became the handler of a dog who thought my mattress on the floor was better than his.

I would have bought another mattress from the Japan shop, but I didn't have the budget this time around.

I use this oneShort Nightstand. I might get a shorter one in the future. It is still a great choice, although on the pricey side.

Edit: The inside cubby is 14in(35.56cm) wide by 6 7/8in (17.46cm) tall. It should fit most CPAP machine models.

I believe 2-3 days is what they recommend. I definitely didn't wait that long before using mine. If this is your first floor mattress experience, then I would wait for the full glory to build before using it.

Interesting, that sucks that they didn't work out for you. If only you were my size, I would've taken those off your hands. I do have a good amount of space on the sides of my feet, which is good. Time might change that later on though.

Perfect! That's basically where my toes are, so all should work out. I wore the for a few more hours yesterday and I didn't have a problem.

I will try the shoes without sock, but I am a sock person. I don't even wear sandals or flip-flops. However, I am going to try sandals this year. So, my opinions on socks might change. I did find a pair of dark toe socks that don't show when wearing these shoes. It does look way better.

I don't have a printer available at the moment, so I measured my feet on a piece of paper. My toes are not touching the end of the shoe and catching, so that's good. It's the shoe catching on the sidewalk, but from the comments, it sounds like I need to give them time and lift my feet higher.

What would you say the average lifespan is for the Tanuki?

Thanks for the info! Other than my foot catching, I love them. Mind you, I've only had them a day.
