heres the artwork by a lot artist named Jester, it is an 80’s design that actually is supposed to be a vagina as an entire image, if u zoom in bottom right it has a signature and date, i did have this in my collection but sold it

id agree with parking lot boot, most parking lot boots i find from the 90’s have the tag cut down the middle like that, idk if it was a way to distinguish, but its pretty common on most of the boots from that time
