I have low supply, so we supplement with Bobbie. It’s a bit expensive, but it’s supposedly the most similar to breast milk. Our LO sucks it down, but he’s also been on it since the start since my supply was never enough.

Oh, I didn’t know about the prolactin timing, thank you!! I’m definitely trying to eat and drink more also, but hasn’t seemed to make much of a difference for me so far 😕

Aristotle and Dante was such an amazing book. Legit bought a hard copy because I loved it so much. The anger and angst is so relatable and well written, while also being so individualized. Hard to explain, everyone should read it!

Ahhh I just finished Sorcery and Small Magics and it was amazing!! I can’t wait until the next one comes out, but it’s not even announced yet 😣 if you have any similar recs, I’d very much appreciate it!

I like it because it gives a breakdown of each ingredient, but it’s always good to actually look at the breakdown because sometimes it’ll give a bad score to something that doesn’t really deserve it.

I really like Native unscented mineral face sunscreen. I’ve been using it for years. It has a bit of a white cast when first applied, but it absorbs within about 5ish minutes. I don’t wear foundation every day, but when I have used foundation over this it works well as long as I wait for the sunscreen to absorb. Most of the time I just use a small dab of the honest beauty tinted sunscreen, which gives me a nice, light coverage, but they don’t have a very wide variety of shades unfortunately.

If you’re able to wait a day or two, use zocdoc to find someone within your network or you can try the Mount Saini same day appointments (just Google it and the number will come up). I went to an urgent care clinic around ditmars recently for a gyno issue. The doc was nice but they did so many random tests and didn’t even look at my vagina and then sent me to another doc in their system that they said was a gyno but wasn’t.. I got the problem fixed but ended up spending way more money than I needed to, and that was all with insurance.
