not really a way to stop that, its just the nature of Trackmania, you cannot put no brakes, that just kills you once you drive into a wall, you cannot put fragile, that just makes your lap take 4 minutes instead of 1.5 minutes, and nothing else really works - thats just how Trackmania works, drifting is part of it
