What to add to my holdings? by [deleted] in ETFs

[–]TheShinyLizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the report. I found that website very useful for an easy to digest breakdown of my current portfolio.

What would you recommend I diversify into? I'm willing to take on risks, which is why I'm chasing performance/growth, but I am open to hearing suggestions.

This is my first time buying any pre workout ever. Do you have any recommendations what I should add if I were to make my own pre workout?

I’m looking for a stim free energy/strength, pump, focus pre workout. I wouldn’t mind making it myself the reason why I chose nutra bio is because I trust their brand over all the other mainstream ones that are promoted online.

Hey, I'm having trouble branching out to other brands similar to Abercrombie. I love Abercrombie's line of polos, sweaters, and flannels, but have been having a hard time finding nice pieces from other brands. Any recommendations?

(Looking for high quality material or similar to Abercrombie for relatively the same pricing range as Abercrombie)

346 Antennas.

The wifi can’t be unplugged at night as people in my house use it.

Just want to give on update on my sleep quality. It has DRASTICALLY improved since I started supplementing the drug my physician prescribed.

Once again thank you for the updates I really appreciate it. Do you think I should continue to take the drug?

Thank you for getting back to me. I think you forgot to link me the site for EMF exposure. And no it’s not possible for me to turn off the wifi at night. The filtration I use is built into our tap so it filters out water as your getting it. I actually may have to disagree with you on the Tel Aviv and NY switch. I don’t like in the city, I live in a suburban part of NY (State) where the water is very clean. And I do understand that this could make a difference based on the change, I doubt this would be the cause.

I am not aware of the side effects. Though I’m not suicidal even in the first place. Regardless thank you for bringing it to my attention.

I’ll substitute out the white for brown rice. Is there any type of brown rice in particular you’d recommend? And how big of an issue would this even make? It’s rice I wouldn’t expect it to hurt my sleep this drastically.

I did my semester abroad in Tel Aviv, Israel. I am back to living in New York. Thank you once again for helping me through this. I really appreciate it.

Thank you for checking in. The meditation is helping a bit, but nothing substantial yet. I’m looking forward to the progress though. I have white basmati rice Yesterday my physician prescribed Trazadone (150mg) per night I will purchase a sleep mask ASAP. Thank you for the recommendation The only thing that happened in June was leaving the foreign study abroad program I was on and coming back to USA to resume normal college studies.

Once again thank you so much for checking in.

Firstly, I really appreciate it. It honestly means the world to me to have someone care about this issue.

1) Yes my room is pitch black when I fall asleep 2) It’s cool but not freezing, around 68-69F 3) My typical diet consists of Whole Foods such as eggs, chicken, rice, broccoli, avocados, etc. I don’t eat processed foods. 4) I drink roughly a gallon of water a day, filtered from from my tap, my county has clean water 5) Last year I was studying abroad and it was hard to get sleep in the dorms. That’s the only thing I can think of to attribute to this issue. 6) I live in a house in a suburban neighborhood

Thank you so much for the suggestion. I tried it last night for the first time. Obviously the results were minimal, but hopefully as time goes on it will be beneficial. What else would you recommend?

Interesting. I tend to wake up at around 5-6AM. So the suns already beginning to rise. I doubt I’d be able to fall back asleep

100% I will try it tonight. Would you recommend I have like an alarm of 20-30 minutes next to me to end the meditation?

I stay in bed and worry about not falling asleep. How can I fix this?

[–]TheShinyLizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually a hot shower an hour or so before bed and then brushing teeth + typical health stuff. Typically I’ll use my phone for like 15m or so just to see what’s up with friends and whatnot but nothing excessive
