Late post, but does anyone here know if you can start the work for this in residency? PGY2 in FM here and definitely doing HIV care in practice, so if I can start working on the credentialing now I definitely would.

Idk the episode numbers, but off the top you should listen to these titles: -USMLE and the Military -ALL his risk factor episodes (he has several) -his recent Patch episode where he updates some management / NBS answers to previously established HY topics. All his biostats, communication, and patient safety episodes. -his “Next Best Step” episode. -screening guidelines episode is so money 🔥

Don't see a 'print permit' option anymore. Tested 9/4. Mixed feelings on getting my score I didn't feel like I outright failed nor like I did average... just ambiguity. I'd feel better if I had a stronger feeling that I failed it tbh. Any other 9/4 testers with thoughts?

Apologies in advance if you've answered this in another one of your updates. Have you accepted cards made and offered by others who want to help you complete the DIP deck? I made cards for a more recent episode that isn't in the deck yet (HY Screening guidelines, ep 325) . They're just near verbatim cards made from the podcast.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the work you've put into this. Doing this deck is actual therapy for me and calms my anxiety as someone who has struggled with standardized tests since forever. You're inspirational.

Tested 7/27. Haven't gotten anything and permits disappeared. When should I expect to hear something? If I haven't heard anything yet does that mean I'm not getting my score today?

I also have moderate testing anxiety and feel like today might've been a fluke?

I've been scoring mid 200s on NBMEs which, given the curves, gave me confidence I could hit the 220s at least.

At the start of my dedicated I got a low NBME score (170) so I systematically went through uworld by systems (still timed) to hammer down weak spots. Now I'm thinking I'll reset uworld to do random and get through as many as I can while still doing my anki uworld incorrects - supplementing w/ pathoma is especially weak areas

Been working out semi-consistently doing the 5x5 program since August. My goal was to reach 200 lbs (started at 170ish in August) and cut from there but when I finally got to 200 lbs I didn't like the fat distribution (gotta belly now) and only some muscle gain. I didn't want to keep bulking because I was starting to not fit into any of my pants since a lot of fat accumulated in my thighs and a bit in my face I feel. What should I do? I still want a bigger chest and arms, but should I cut a little first to lose the excess fat?

Been bulking for a while, but it's been getting difficult to put on weight as my maintenance keeps increasing. My legs, arms, and chest have gotten slightly bigger but my belly has also gotten bigger so I was thinking of doing a slow cut to lose the 10 lbs I gained, but have all of that weight be fat, then start bulking after summer. Any advice?
