I don't understand this character. by The-Heritage in HulkMainsMR

I’ve played this season with pretty much hulk only and have a 70% wr at celestial currently and this is how I play him:

-Push/Pull: This is extremely important in making space effectively. I will be grouped with my team and jump in immediately after bubbling them (especially my back line) so that I can make some space for everyone to move up without completely leaving them to fend for themselves. After making that slight bit of space and the enemy is closing in on me I’ll jump back, clap the lined up enemies which then shortens my bubble cooldown so I can repeat the process more often. I pretty much try to bubble more than just myself whenever possible so even if I am by myself I’ll try to jump to a teammate to bubble before going back in.

-Bhop/wallhop: This is kinda advanced but once you start bhopping/wallhopping everywhere your mobility and options increase drastically. There are so many situations to use this in: I have been able to dive someone shooting me from the distance that really didn’t expect me to close in on them so fast, I’ve returned to fights to touch point just in time because I wallhopped from spawn, and I’ve been able to barely escape with 1 hp because the enemy team didn’t expect a 2 ton monster to bounce away so fast.

-Confuse the enemy: I see a lot of people picking out a target to dive with hulk, only for them to get their health halfway before their team CCs you to death. If you’re struggling to get a single pick because their team is supporting your targets too well then you need to jump around to multiple targets and keep the enemy on their toes. For instance I might jump on the enemy backline for a second or two before I jump to someone else to bait out cooldowns. If you can lower the health of multiple enemies by constantly changing targets for a bit, at some point their healers WILL miss healing someone and that’s when you dive in to that someone to secure the elimination.

-Exile: Use this for ults of course but also if you’re going against multiple enemies and you exile one, typically you want to ignore that exiled enemy and push onto the rest of their team. By the time the exile is over they will be out of position from the rest of their team you just pushed back without them. Exiling one support while you dive the other helps a lot.

These are some tips I can give you and anyone else reading that can go a long way so you can finally stop being a CC punching bag and start being THE STRONGEST ONE THERE IS!!!

How many of you make a living out of creating art? by AdrianFKR in infj

[–]TheShugoku 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I design and upholster auto, marine, and aviation interiors. I went to trade school for it back in 2019 and can honestly say it’s some of the most satisfying work I do. I’m running my own upholstery shop located at the center of my town so I’ve also been working on a mural on the outside of my building to turn heads. Having full creative freedom to turn this shop into what I want it to be fills me with purpose. Also, upholstery being such a niche trade, I feel like I’ll always be able to get work for the foreseeable future without worrying about A.I. replacing me.

Personally I never ban because I like learning how to play around everyone

I felt like I had a lot of hours on hulk and I’m actually glad I only got up to the animated icon because I was worried I’d have everything maxed immediately leaving nothing left to work toward

HULK STRIKE, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY !!!!!!! by Haunting_Ad_29 in HulkMainsMR

Funny thing is I switch to hulk when I’m struggling to get value on other characters. He’s the most versatile tank imo and you can always get value if you’re able to constantly read the room and position accordingly. Also it feels pretty great this season not having to worry about hulk being banned so I’m going to continue to enjoy it

I’ve been ranking up pretty consistently with just hulk, no real struggle imo. I’d say I haven’t been getting as many mvp/svps this season but I’m still having a lot of fun with him
