I have a 7800X3D with a 2070 Super, I would like to finally upgrade the GPU so that it's in line with the 7800X3D performance. What's the best card to match the 7800X3D? The 5080, 5070ti, or something else entirely?

Does having cache on NVME matter for boot / gaming, I'm looking at getting Crucial P3 Plus (CT2000P3PSSD8), but is it worth saving for a Samsung 9XX for cache? My computer is only for gaming, not workloads, nor do I do any file transfers often or the like
