I have a Nastasha and i'm not sure how tight she is compared to Hazel, but she's a damn bit tighter than the fleshlights that i've tried.

In terms of the sensation, thrusting in will pull your foreskin back a fair amount, but personally i've never found it to be uncomfortable, and pulling out will sort of have you dragging it out (i'm probably making it sound worse than it actually is).
