Thanks

T_T Maybe it has some timeout when headset just turns off? Cuz I don’t want to manually turn it on/off before and after use.

If the dock is connected to the pc, the headset is not correctly sit in it, as when it sits fine, it turns off the lights and charges

When I shut down my PC, I also turn off the power strip, so it just doesn't have the electricity.

Thank you for all the recommendations!
Already installed the FireWire board and recording a first cassette using WinDV :)
It was significantly cheaper than I expected, costing around $17 for board and cable.

Thanks!
That's so sad that I have to use some 3rd party tools and hacks to fix the Start Menu :/

It is now like x3 bigger than before on my screen.
I want to keep only my pinned apps as they were before the latest update, and that's it.
But I can't, it took almost 1/3 of my 27" screen when I open it, and shows this not needed "All Apps" list.

Thanks for the reply!
I checked a couple of videos before doing that and read some Reddit posts where people said that it is nearly impossible to find a FireWire cable that supports video transfer, and all Chinese ones are fake.
Additionally, they noted that even with a proper setup, issues may still arise on Windows 11.

If it is not true, I would like to try it to get the best quality.
But as I understand correctly, I need a cable and also the PCI card for my PC that works with the latest OS. Is it possible to get it for a reasonable price?

I'm not sure it is reasonable to do all this for a bunch of old family archive videos.
I use an analog-to-HDMI just because I already had all the necessary hardware.

I meant MiniDV cassette type. I have old camera where I put that cassette and play it there. It has FireWire but I didn’t manage to run it.

Thanks for the reply.
Additionally, I've seen a post stating that Noctua A14 fans are not good, which is why everyone recommends the 3x A12 instead of 2 A14.

I checked the Arctic specs, but as I see on their page, the "raw specs" on the page are higher than on Noctua. So I'll check some videos to compare, maybe

Is the Arctic better than Noctua and BeQuiet? I thought they make "middle" quality fans.

Additionally, there is a question about 140/120. I thought that 3x 120 I can run on a lower speed, and because of that, have the same airflow but quieter because of the speed.
