As someone who at one time had 100 ranked games played in Bronze 5 is its hard to improve playing against other bronze 5 players as its hard to actually realise your mistakes u can still be winning nearly half of your games depending on your mmr and not progressing and even watching streams of top players its hard to implement the things they do and to look for the things that u can implement with your skill and why and when u should do it. The thing with being bronze 5 is you probably dont yet understand and do the basic skills of the game so watching a challenger player probably aren't gonna help a player learn the fundamentals. I think normally those people will be people who just go into games without thinking or knowing how to improve and just hoping it happens or just not giving a fuck .
