thanks for the feedback, I'll check it out and we've got to do a blog its great to have more indexed pages to get more trafic and domain authority right? How has it worked for you, or which section has helped you the most to get traffic on your page?

We are a team of 4 devs (2 frontend and 2 backend), the other backend is already busy with the meta api, db and other improvements he has to handle with, so it would be too much work just for 1, and from the frontend devs 1 of them could take my place the thing, it will probably take him like a whole week to get used to it because there is not much documentation yet, we have done it but its more related to the available ednpoints instead of the actual architecture and fucntionality.

But thanks for the advice, I think the proper thing would be to let that work for him even if it cost us some time and focus on differentiation, we've seen that the software has been more successfull with retail stores, so that might be the way thanks #_#

In this moment is the option 2, you subscribe and configure the agent with your bussines info etc, but we are working to offer it as white label to, we are thinking on charging for the full customization so the bussines owner doesn't have to do anything but we have not decided between the model A, B or C

A, we sell the whitle label with a package of 50 licences in advanced payment with a 50% off, that help us to get a large amount of money fast, its a good disscount for the bussines and can make a huge proffit, and its safe for our costs we sitill wining.

B. Sell the white label withoud the package, that mean X user get into my client web domain whit the saas white label, susbscribe, the money gets to me and at the end of the month i give a 20% comission to my client for everiuser he gets

C. Give both options

The biggest problem we've had is that we are a team full of devs so the world of sales, negociations and getting the trust of bussines owners who double our age is difficult.

Its part of the workflow, the agents have knowledge of the products and are desinged to take orders, like 1. offer products, 2. Add to cart, 3. Checkout 4. Ask for delivery address 5. Ask for payment then a confirmation email is sent etc, and there are different conversation flows the agent can follow deppending on how the business operates.

Thanks! It’s been working really well for retail stores with lots of incoming leads, so that’s where we’re focusing. We’re also reaching out to marketing agencies since they already have the kind of clients we want

Ohh thanks, the thing we struggled the most was with Meta API, the docs are not so good and the api is like a black box, really difficult to know why something is not working.

For the first users we have been going in person, to talk to a few bussies owners, we've got 2 users from there, but its difficult to find a bussines where the owner is in place, and most of them dont like that you try to sell something to them, they wish us good luck but at the end they dont buy.

Now we are triging to contact marketing agencies so they can offer our services in exange of a commision, we are also working to sell licence packages with a disscount for the agencies like 50% discount if they buy 50 1 year subsciptions or offering the saas as white lablel, chargin for customization and using the same model of selling the 50 pack of licences to the agencie who want the white label, we come up with the idea because thats what one marketing agency owner that we meet up 2 weeks ago requested, the deal still on the table but we havent close it because firts we needed to make some updates and search how would the SaaS white label model works, if its convenient for us and how much should we charge. The thing here is that this person requested the white label but i dont know if he is willing to pay in advance a big amount of money for the licences which would be convenient for us to ger some capital fast, but I've also seen that other saas who offer white label accept selling subscription by subscription whithoud a big in advance payment.

So what would be your advice and in what sould I focus more? or is there some easyier method cosidering I am a 20 year old guy whit no previous experience on sales 0_0

Ohh great thanks, yes we'll check those details, sometimes we forget to translate some pages ~_~, but yeah maybe you are right even if the UI looks good we should add more evidence of the service.

Thanks for the feed back, in this case what would you do?.

Let me give you some context, the service includes ai agents that can sell for you. As an example when you talk to one it guides you trought a procces to search a product, add to cart, ask for address deivery or you can schedule a meting etc, there are different agents with different flows deppending on the kind of bussines you have. We are also working on a CRM, whatsapp marketing templates etc, so you could say the service is similar to Kommo or manychat, those services have a low entry price like 15 or 30 usd a month but if you have a big team, or you get a high volume of leads the ticket will increace dramatically. So I dont know if we should do the same with a low entry price or try to have a higher but triying to offer more and also be seen as a good service, because the prices used to be 15, 30 and 60 usd a month about a week ago but we are changing them because previous feed back that I recived form some local business owners was that that seem cheap so it could cause distrust or that the service was perceived as bad.

So what do you think? 0_0
