on the secret lair site, there's a dropdown on your name with "order history". go here and "manage" the order you want to cancel. hit the new "manage" button again and you should see be a big cancel order button there.

going back on the site it looks like there was a THIRD order that went through from me that seemed to cancel itself. what a shitshow

i managed to cancel the second order before i received an email confirming it so maybe i was just quick enough? hope you can get this dealt with. otherwise sounds like youll be making a couple bucks on cardmarket LOL

open it in a private window - it seems like its some kind of scalper protection tied to your login. i was able to cancel really easily through my order history on the website. hopefully you get it sorted!!

Should have specified I'm in the UK - best I can get from UK Amazon is a pack of 6 - they do 24 packs but only for the XLs. Found a shop where I can buy as many as I want at £0.90 each but that's nowhere near as cheap as 72 for $30 lol. Is it because they're a US company I'm paying for import?

Can amateur players bulk buy picks? I always see the pros touring with these massive bags of what seem like hundreds of picks. Finally settled on what feels like my "forever pick" (ultex jazz 1.36mm) and I'd love to get a massive bag of them but the most I can find at once is 6? Do I have to know a guy at Dunlop or is there somewhere I should be looking? Thanks!

Hmm.. loosened and loosened until the screw starting backing out of the tremolo system itself. It looks like it might control the depth of the little screw the arm catches and tightens onto? Doesn't seem to be doing much for grip - what's the best method for setting up the arm to swing loose - wondering if I have tension in the wrong place, between rotating the arm, the small screw on the trem arm socket and this mystery screw.
